Shipping & Returns
As per the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not refund items that you have simply changed your mind about. We will, however, refund and pay the return shipping costs on an item that is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks upon return to us of the defective/wrong item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please be aware that Covid delays may lengthen refund receipt.

At the moment we can only ship to New Zealand addresses. There are some geographical locations such as the Chatham Islands that will require communication with the shop before ordering as shipping costs will be higher. Note that there are also restrictions on some of the larger products.
